High Pressure Pumps

Sandpiper High Pressure pneumatic drive pumps are used at production sites for operation under high pressure conditions. In the designs of the series, the injection of liquid is twice the pressure of the air entering the pump. Most often, pump models are used to work with filter presses or to transport water to a height above 80 meters, which is standard for pneumatic pumps under normal operating conditions.

Advantages of the design:

• Two air chambers double the volume of air with each stroke, providing an outlet pressure of up to 16.4 BAR;
• An additional air chamber has been thought out in the design, which maintains a high level of liquid supply with less pulsation of flows to reduce the wear of fittings and pipelines;
• The shoe-valve technology air valve system is protected from freezing and self-locking, prevents air passage.
• The pump can be started at a discharge pressure with a zero level – this does not lead to damage to the diaphragm and eliminates the need to use a separate filling pump.
